The Maine Heritage Policy Center has released its 2009 Maine Piglet Book, highlighting wasteful spending of Maine taxpayer dollars.
Highlights include
• $155 million spent on Dirigo Health since 2003, when the program was created to offer a health insurance option to small businesses and the self-employed.
