Why Fight History?
Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid are not bad people. They just believe in a different economic system than the one that has long since made this country the most prosperous nation in the world. Unfortunately, their system -- a government-controlled one -- has failed, without exception, each time it has been tried throughout all of human history.

Veterans' Day Message
While I was Chair of the Gray Town Council, I made it a point to deliver a Veterans Day message. The Sunlight Foundation is a political watchdog group. They feature a web site called 'Party Time.' It allows us to keep track of our congressional delegation as (some) party the days and nights away raising money and hob nobbing with Washington DC lobbyists. They actually scan a copy of the invitation in and post it on-line for the whole world to see. So, being a bit inquisitive I had to take a look-see. The most active member of the Maine delegation on the Washingotn party-soiree scene is clearly Chellie Pingree. The irony about Ms.
